Ahead of the summer transfer window, there have been plenty of rumours flying around about potential strikers that West Ham United are reportedly interested in signing.

The latest name to be linked with a switch to West Ham is Kelechi Iheanacho, according to Sky Sports News HQ.

West Ham are interested in pursuing a move for the Nigerian international this summer after being told that he is free to leave if Manchester City receive a decent offer for him.

Sky Sports News HQ believe that £20m would be enough to prise Iheanacho away from the Etihad after he has fallen below Sergio Aguero and Gabriel Jesus in the pecking order.

The 20-year-old is regarded as a top young talent but he has been limited to just one start in 2017.

After scoring seven goals in twenty eight appearances for Man City, Kelechi Iheanacho could be on his way out this summer with Borussia Dortmund also reportedly interested.

It is no secret that West Ham want to sign a new striker this summer.

Andy Carroll and Diafra Sakho have both spent large periods of time out injured in the past two seasons and loanee Jonathan Calleri has failed to impress.

Kelechi Iheanacho could be West Ham’s answer if they cough up £20m for his services.
