We’ve got less than a month before the start of the new Premier League season and West Ham are yet to sign any players.
That fact has led to fans getting a bit worried and frustrated on Twitter, with loads of rumours linking the club with players but nothing seemingly progressing from there.
It’s no secret that David Moyes desperately needs to build squad depth ahead of the new campaign, with the Europa League adding at least six more fixtures to the club’s schedule.
With a striker and midfielder the priority to ensure Moyes isn’t left short when injuries inevitably strike, there’s not a great deal of time to get business done before the transfer window closes next month.
But we may be about to see some movement pretty soon, with club insider ExWHUemployee revealing that there is a meeting taking place this week, between David Moyes and the board, to discuss transfer targets.
But fans are unconvinced by this development, with many on Twitter asking why this meeting hadn’t happened weeks ago when the transfer window first opened.
Here’s how some fans reacted on Twitter…

They have to support the gaffer or how else can we build on last season, little bit apprehensive about next season we need to freshen the squad up

The meeting should have been held the week after we hit 40 points in the league or at worst as soon as Europe was guaranteed !!!!
