West Ham have today unveiled the new adidas home kit ahead of the 2013/2014 Premier League season.

Adidas, who last manufactured West Ham’s kits in 1985/1986, have agreed a two-year sponsorship deal with the Hammers and have designed a shirt that most Hammers fans have been raving about since images of it was leaked on Twitter a few weeks ago.

The shirt features performance fabrics ClimaCool and ClimaLite technology and 3D fabrics that improve air flow to the skin.

Mark Noble, who has been pictured wearing the new strip with team mates Mohamed Diame, Kevin Nolan, Winston Reid, Andy Carroll and Matt Jarvis, told whufc.com: “It’s top gear, the lads are buzzing about the style and we’re looking forward to wearing it.

“It’s exciting for us all as well to get a new kit. When you come back in pre-season and all the kit’s laid out, with brand new pitches and brand new boot – that’s an exciting time for us.

“To walk out on the pitch and feel good in what you’re wearing helps with your feel for the game.”

The club have also confirmed that all official Hammers merchandise will only be available either via their online store or from one of their official club stores in Romford, Lakeside or the Stadium.
