It’s seven years since Angelo Ogbonna signed for West Ham from Juventus.
The Italian has gone on to become a stalwart of the Hammers’ defence, developing as one of West Ham’s most important players.
Since arriving in July 2015, the 34-year-old has made 202 first-team appearances, scoring 13 goals – many of which have been incredibly important goals in claret and blue.
And on the anniversary of his signing on Sunday, the centre-half took to Instagram to post a video compilation of his best moments, alongside the caption: “Seven years as a Hammer. At home since the first day.”
Ogbonna was severely missed during his lengthy spell on the sidelines last season but is now back in West Ham training and in line for a return to the field at some point this summer.
