Armstrong Okoflex appears to be enjoying his time with the first-team this summer.

The youngster is highly rated at the club and could’ve made his claret and blue debut last season had Europa League squad rules limited the number of registered overseas players.

The Irish 20-year-old was named on the bench on 13 occasions last term, including 10 in the Premier League, but was not called upon by David Moyes.

However, it is widely expected that his chance will come during the 22/23 campaign as Moyes looks to blend a nice mixture of youth and experience to his team.

Okoflex is doing all the right things to get himself into Moyes’ plans, having scored 12 goals in 23 U23 appearances for West Ham last term.

And he’s taken to Instagram to show just how hard he’s working in order to finally get his opportunity to shine on the big stage.

Alongside a photo of him in training at the Hammers’ Evian training camp, the youngster posted the captain “working.”

Okoflex will no doubt be given a number of opportunities to showcase his talent in West Ham’s up-and-coming pre-season fixtures, starting with Friday night’s clash with Servette.
