At last the transfer window is over, the international break is behind us and now we can get back to more important business – Premier League football.
It could be said that the international break came at the right time for us. With so many key players injured for the opening three games of the league season, it was difficult for us to get in to any kind of stride and even continue the form we had last season.
But now the likes of Dimitri Payet, Sofiane Feghouli and Manuel Lanzini are back and raring to go against Watford. The most exciting news, though, is the return of Payet and, of course, his very public bromance with captain Mark Noble.
We’ve been dying to see these two looking in to each other’s eyes again ever since the end of last season, especially following a summer of uncertaintly when it wasn’t very clear whether we’d be able to keep hold of him.
But today the club posted four pictures of the two back together again on Twitter, sharing a joke during training ahead of the visit of Watford on Saturday.
Don’t they just look so cute!?
