West Ham United legend Paolo Di Canio has demonstrated his footballing talents at home in a recent social media post…and the Hammers faithful loved it. 

In the recent ‘Stay Home Save Lives’ campaign amid the COVID-19 outbreak, the club’s official Twitter page released a video of the former Hammer showcasing his ball-juggling abilities in a retro West Ham shirt, simultaneously singing ‘I’m Forever Blowing Bubbles’ from the safety of his garden.

Di Canio made 141 appearances in east London, netting 51 times and rapidly established himself as a popular figure among the fanbase.

Throughout his time at West Ham, Di Canio created moments for Hammers fans to remember for a lifetime – just take that incredible scissor-kick against Wimbledon in the Premier League as one of several examples.
