Striker Paul McCallum has joined League Two side Torquay United on loan until Saturday 23 November.

The 20-year-old enjoyed a successful pre-season with both the first-team and the Development Squad and he’ll no be tasked with helping the Gulls move away from the relegation zone, where they sit just one point and one place above of.

Last season McCallum enjoyed loan spells with AFC Wimbledon and Aldershot Town, where scored a combined seven goals in 18 matches.

The forward is the fourth Hammers player to be loaned out so far this season, with Stephen Henderson and Jack Collison currently at AFC Bournemouth, and Elliot Lee joining Colchester United for a month earlier today.
