With it being Jack Collison’s birthday on Wednesday, there was only one way for West Ham to celebrate it.
The club’s Twitter account posted a video of his much-loved brace against Cardiff City in the play-offs, along with a message for him:

Collison is very highly regarded among many West Ham fans, as has been shown by the response to the video, as well as the fact it is was birthday.
There have been plenty of messages for the 31-year-old, who is now coaching with Atlanta United, with one fan even saying Collison is their ‘favourite of all time’.
Collison played a total of 121 games for the Hammers, scoring 14 goals and getting 10 assists, before leaving the club in 2014, as per Transfermarkt.
He also represented the Wales national team a total of 17 times throughout his career.
