West Ham United midfielder Manuel Lanzini has demonstrated his home workout in a recent post from the club’s official Twitter page.

The 27-year-old suffered a devastating injury back in 2018, rupturing his cruciate ligament which kept him on the sidelines for the majority of the 2018/19 Premier League campaign.

However, the latest video which shows Lanzini using a small football to work on his close control makes that injury look a distant memory.

The Argentina midfielder has struggled to make an impression in east London this season, failing to score in 19 Premier League appearances throughout the 2019/20 campaign.

Since signing for the Hammers back in 2015, Lanzini has scored 20 goals and registered 13 assists in 117 Premier League appearances.

Footballers across the world are currently undertaking individual training plans due to the COVID-19 pandemic; self-isolating and completing home workouts is the safest way to keep fit and healthy.

And the video has generated some interesting reaction on social media…
