West Ham United have been handed a major boost ahead of next season.
According to the Metro, West Ham United star Manuel Lanzini is happy to stay at the club and does not want to leave to join a Premier League big boy this summer.
West Ham snapped up the talented attacking midfielder from Al Jazira on loan at the start of the 2015/16 season and his performances played a big part in a seventh placed finish.
This season, the 24-year-old, who is now a permanent Hammer, has continued to impress, especially after the departure of Dimitri Payet.
His ability to dribble and beat defenders with ease, as well as provide goals and assists, have made him a target for Arsenal, Liverpool, Tottenham Hotspur and Everton.
Everton want him if Ross Barkley leaves, Liverpool see him as a Philippe Coutinho replacement and Spurs and Arsenal are looking for more options in that department.
However, the Metro believe that the Argentinian superstar is happy at West Ham and is keen to stay.
Lanzini, who scored the goal to keep West Ham up and end Tottenham’s title hopes, is likely to be offered a new deal by West Ham as the Hammers look to build a team around their prize asset.
