West Ham United won promotion to the PL2 Division One last night after winning 2-1 against Newcastle United at St James’ Park.
After going behind early due to a Tom Heardman goal, West Ham turned things around to claim the victory.
Martinez did what Martinez does best and scored the all important goals.
The Spaniard struck either side of half time with two clinical finishes to take his tally to 14 goals in 14 games for the youth side this season.
This comes after he netted over 100 goals in three seasons at youth level with Valencia and impressed on loan at Oxford United with goals against Middlesbrough and Newcastle in the FA Cup.
West Ham fans have been calling for him to be in the squad to play Burnley but his loan deal does not allow that.
Twitter was inundated with praise for the 19-year-old and here are a selection of the best following his two-goal display.

@davidgold Give the lad an opportunity in the first team squad next year, along with Reece Oxford. Stifling young talent is a waste.

@WestHamUtd @AntonioMtnez_29 Seeing this makes me even angrier knowing that we've persisted with Calleri for so long.
