West Ham and Manchester United have finally reached an agreement regarding the transfer of Ashley Fletcher to the Hammers last summer, The Express cites The Sun on Sunday as stating.
21-year-old Fletcher, who’s only goal for the Hammers so far came against his former employers in a 4-1 League Cup defeat, penned a four-year deal in East London last summer.
However, the two Premier League side’s failed to agree a fee at the time but an outcome has finally been reached; with the Hammers set to pay £1m, whilst United could earn another £1m if appearance clauses are met.

In his debut season with West Ham, Fletcher has made 17 appearances for Slaven Bilic’s side but is yet to find the net in the Premier League- although 11 of his 13 league appearances have been off the bench.
Across all competitions, Fletcher has started just three games for the Hammers and has not featured since a 4-0 defeat to Manchester City at the start of February.
TransferMarkt reports Fletcher is worth £850k currently, which means the deal agreed by West Ham is around market value.
