There was so much cynicism when it was revealed Umbro would replace adidas as our official kit manufacture this season.
But Umbro have certainly pulled it out the bag with a beautiful, retro looking number that is a bit of a throwback to our first ever home shirt at the Boleyn Ground in 1904.
The return of blue sleeves and white shorts have pleased fans the most, while the gold crest and the homage to our history at the Boleyn Ground is also a nice touch.
Everything is almost in place now. We’ve got a new manager, a beautiful new home kit, a few new signings and our season starts in just couple of weeks.
Our final season at the Boleyn Ground is here. And we’re certainly going to look the part for it.
Here’s how the fans reacted to the launch…

excellent. I’m hoping the second kit will be the blue and the third kit is white. hated the purple fugly thing we had this season.
Beauty in simplicity, the exact opposite to that Spurs strip.
