The 2019/20 Premier League season may be suspended, but West Ham goalkeeper Lukasz Fabianski is keeping in shape…even if that means training at home with family members.

Yesterday it was announced that football’s suspension had been extended until at least April 30 and the future remains unclear in the sporting world among the COVID-19 pandemic.

However, footballers will be aiming to keep fit and prepared for when the season does resume, and Fabianski has released a video of his home workout routine with a family member.

With the Hammers sitting in 16th and only above the relegation zone on goal difference, the club was just about to enter the most crucial stage of the 2019/20 Premier League campaign.

But it is unknown for when football will return, so it is imperative that players keep in good health – both physically and mentally – and for West Ham, the relegation battle is still not complete.

The Poland international’s video has sparked some interesting reaction from the fanbase on social media…
