West Ham stopped the rot with a crucial victory against Swansea City on Saturday, putting an eight point cushion between the Hammers and the relegation zone.

That win ended a run of seven consecutive Premier League matches without victory, which had seen speculation on Slaven Bilic’s future at the club rise significantly.

Whilst Bilic’s position is far from safe, the victory at the London Stadium at the weekend will have eased pressure on the Croatian boss and a member of his coaching staff responded to the rumours on social media.

Taking to Twitter after the crucial win, Edin Terzic thanked the fans for their patience and support- whilst stating unity is the key for success on match-days.

The Hammers will now be looking to kick-on in their six remaining Premier League matches, with another crucial relegation battle with Sunderland this weekend.

After their trip to the North East, West Ham face testing fixtures against Everton, Stoke, Tottenham, Liverpool and Burnley to finish their maiden campaign at the London Stadium.
