West Ham are in the race to sign French defender Nicolas Isimat-Mirin from Valenciennes, according to talkSPORT.
The 21-year-old has impressed in Ligue 1 this season and is quickly attracting interest across Europe’s top leagues, while Sam Allardyce is keen to strengthen his defensive options.
But Allardyce will need to move quickly as Serie A side Roma are already making advanced moves for the player with Valenciennes reported to be asking for around £5million for Isimat-Mirin.
