West Ham are in crunch time in the Premier League season, as they face a huge clash with relegation rivals Sunderland this weekend.
Victory over Swansea City at the London Stadium last week has given the Hammers an eight-point advantage over the drop-zone heading into this weekend’s game and another win should all but secure their Premier League status.
However, Slaven Bilic’s side have some major issues to worry about as Mark Noble earned a two-game suspension after picking up his tenth yellow card of the season last time out- but one absentee could be even more devastating.
Bilic confirmed today that Michail Antonio will miss the remainder of the season with a ‘significant injury’, that leaves the Hammers with big boots to fill.
The former Nottingham Forest man has been West Ham’s stand-out player this season and the England international will be a big miss, with fans concerned by what this could mean for the end of their season.
