Demarai Gray – Birmingham City
With the right development Gray can become one of the hottest players in the Premier League and he can be picked up for just £5million, which is his minimum fee release clause.
At the beginning of the game he won’t be good enough to slot straight in to the first team, so it’s worth sending him straight back on loan to Birmingham as part of the deal. After a season he’ll have improved immensely and will be ready for a chance in the first team.
With Chelsea demanding around £20m to make Victor Moses’ loan deal permanent, Gray is a much cheaper alternative.
