There’s no denying Carlton Cole has been a fantastic servant to the club since signing from Chelsea in 2006.
The striker has been heavily criticised over the years for not being as prolific as people were expecting him to be.
But 261 first-team appearances and 65 goals later, his West Ham days look to be numbered once again.
Upon his departure (for the second time) he’ll no doubt remain a fans’ favourite amongst those that recognised his love and passion for the club, despite the abuse he received, and will always be remembered for his goal scoring antics as we earned promotion back to the Premier League in 2012.
