Home FIVE strikers to get West Ham firing again next season Michu

Michu

With the arrival of Bafetimbi Gomis imminent and Wilfried Bony looking likely to stay, Michu has been forced down the pecking order at Swansea. The Spaniard was a revelation in his first season with the Welsh outfit, scoring 22 goals in 42 games, including 18 in the Premier League. He also played a pivotal role in securing the Swans a top half finish and the League Cup crown. However, his second season was hampered with injuries. Swansea have reportedly offered Michu to the Hammers for between £3m and £6m which could prove a shrewd piece of business especially in our transition from long ball to attractive football. Michu could be the perfect partner for Andy Carroll, receiving his knockdowns and creating chances on the floor. We will have to rival Atletico Madrid and hope that he remains fit though but if we can get the best out of him, then we are set for an exciting season.
