Footballers must get used to playing in front of thousands of fans every week.
But it must be pretty daunting for amateur players to play in front of professional footballers, even if it is just a few of them down the park.
So you can imagine the looks on the faces of a team of West Ham supporting footballers who suddenly realised they were being watched by three West Ham stars – Mark Noble, James Tomkins and Darren Randolph.
Betway have launched their own ‘Academy of Football’ where they’ve picked an amateur team of Hammers to receive Premier League style training over six weeks ahead of an game against Watford – one in which they’ve never one in it’s five years existence.
So Noble, Tomkins and Randolph arrived at half-time of a game between the fans a team from Betway themselves and started heckling them from the sidelines, which is pretty amusing to see.
And then when they all meet in the changing rooms after, there’s another surprise for the supporters – one which would blow the mind of any Hammers fan.
