A close source to WestHamWorld.co.uk has told us that West Ham scouts are going to Germany to watch a Bundesliga 2 fixture in the coming weeks.
The player in question is Marvin Ducksch, who is a forward currently playing for Holstein Kiel.
The German attacker has scored 13 goals and assisted five times whilst recording three Man of the Match performances so far this season. Ducksch is currently on loan from St. Pauli and is a product of the Borussia Dortmund academy.
Ducksch – who is valued at £1.35m by transfermarkt.com, is well known for his very quick counter attacking style of play, retrieving the ball from deep play makers such as players like Pedro Obiang and Leander Dendoncker. The young German is also keen to test the keeper from long range.
The player was linked with a move to Leeds United just before Christmas and his performances recently are attracting a host of Premier League clubs, including The Hammers.
