The 2016/17 Premier League season is officially over and West Ham United have claimed an 11th place finish.

Considering the struggles this season with injuries, the departure of Dimitri Payet, the poor transfer window last summer and the London Stadium move, there cannot be too many qualms about finishing in 11th, just one point below 8th.

A 2-1 victory over Burnley at Turf Moor on the final day was a positive end to a turbulent season and now West Ham fans will be looking ahead to the next campaign.

A positive summer transfer window would really boost this squad and help us compete for silverware next season.

But now it is time to look back at this season and review the squad.

Here we look back at how our goalkeepers and defenders performed over the course of the season.

We have given them a rating out of 10 based on their displays in Claret and Blue.

Despite making some first team appearances this season, Reece Burke, Reece Oxford and Declan Rice have been left out because it is hard to judge them on such little game time…
