West Ham United have struggled to find capable attackers this season and sweeping changes are expected to me made.

Flop loanee Simone Zaza already had his spell at the London Stadium cut short in January, whilst the Hammers are expected to sanction a permanent departure for Enner Valencia this summer.

That leaves the likes of Andy Carroll and Diafra Sakho on the books of Slaven Bilic’s side but The Sun states the latter will be offloaded.

Sakho and Bilic clashed during the weekend’s 2-2 draw with Sunderland, after Sakho wasn’t named in the starting line-up, and a source has indicated crunch talks will be held this week.

“The boss and Diafra are expected to sit down and hold talks some time this week.”

“It was a bad situation at the weekend when he said he wasn’t fit after being told he was on the bench. He wants to start. Diafra feels second best after battling back from full fitness but being overlooked for the starting eleven.”

“There has been hardly any communication between the two since the row. He thought it was the perfect game to return in.”

West Ham may struggle to find suitors for Sakho though due to the striker’s injury record and there is still the chance for a change in circumstance, especially if Bilic is axed in the close season.
