West Ham face a number of challenges this summer as they seek to improve on another disappointing campaign.

The Hammers have already made one major change, replacing David Moyes with Manuel Pellegrini, and the Premier League winning manager is eyeing attacking additions to his side.

West Ham were overly reliant on club-record signing Marko Arnautovic last season, who scored 11 goals in his debut campaign at the London Stadium, and are keen on providing him with an experienced partner.

Sky Sports names West Ham as one of four Premier League sides interested in the services of relegated West Brom striker Jay Rodriguez, alongside Bournemouth, Burnley and Crystal Palace.

West Brom are not willing to sell Rodriguez on the cheap, after he scored 11 times across all competitions last term, but accept they’ll be unable to retain the services of the ex-Southampton man.

The fee for Rodriguez is said to be around £20m, providing the Baggies with significant profit on the £12m they paid to land the 28-year-old England international.
