West Ham continue to eye further business in the market as we enter the final week of the window, with another defender in Manuel Pellegrini’s sights.

The Daily Mail states that the Hammers are in talks with French side Le Harve regarding a £10m deal for defender Harold Moukoudi.

Pellegrini has already landed Ryan Fredericks, Issa Diop, Fabian Balbuena and goalkeeper Lukasz Fabianski to bolster his side defensively but wants another centre-back following Winston Reid’s latest injury setback.

However, following a vast spending spree that has already seen eight players signed, Pellegrini will have to offload in order to raise funds to complete a deal.

Senegal midfielder Cheikhou Kouyate left this week to join Crystal Palace and could be joined in south London by Michail Antonio, who is surplus to requirements in the eyes of Pellegrini following the signings of Felipe Anderson and Andriy Yarmolenko.
