West Ham United continue to struggle in the Premier League, sitting 18th with the threat of relegation looming large.
The Hammers have conceded 32 goals in 16 games, the third-worst defensive record in the division, while scoring just 19 times — a tally that leaves them among the league’s lowest scorers.
With January fast approaching, the club are looking to make key moves in both directions to arrest their slide, and it now appears one exit could pave the way for a new arrival.
Fullkrug Agrees Terms with AC Milan

Niclas Füllkrug looks set to leave West Ham for AC Milan after reportedly agreeing personal terms with the Serie A giants.
Sky Germany confirmed that Milan have made a formal approach, offering a loan deal with an option to buy, while the Hammers would ideally prefer a loan with an obligation to buy.
Italian outlet Corriere dello Sport, per Sports Witness, now reports that the Germany international, who has scored just three goals in one-and-a-half seasons for the Irons, has turned down interest from Bayer Leverkusen and Wolfsburg, and that the “deal appears to be closed.”
The Rossoneri are keen for Füllkrug, described as “old-fashioned” by Ally McCoist, to undergo a medical by the end of December, ensuring he is ready to link up as soon as the January window opens.
The move would relieve West Ham of Füllkrug’s wages and open up space for Nuno Espirito Santo to bring in a new striker — a crucial piece in their battle against relegation.
Who will it be, though? Well, as for now, that’s anybody’s guess…
