West Ham fans have come together to help good causes in the past and have done so to great effect again.
It all started when boxer and West Ham supporter Mark Little brought a video of a young Ugandan getting ‘Mark Noble 16′ on his back to fans’ attention.
This led to Jack Sullivan deciding to send a Noble shirt to the boy in the video, but the fans didn’t want to stop there with their efforts.
A JustGiving page was set up by ExWHUEmployee to get the side, named Namutumba kids team, West Ham kits and equipment – the target was to reach £1,000, but they have already reached over £2,500.
And the team, Namutumba, have sent a thank you message:
Just to prove that your money is going to such a worth while cause @KidsNkita have done a little thank you to everyone for the donations @marklittle2 pic.twitter.com/xjGD9PUZWS

The West Ham family love coming together, with this being one of those times where the impact this can have is clear to see.
The thank you message has got some fans emotional, while it has reminded others why it is they are so proud to be a West Ham supporter.
If you would like to donate you can do so here.
