Vladimir Coufal has admitted that he and his teammates are “fully focused” on finishing the season strongly and qualifying for Europe for a second consecutive season.

West Ham expertly bounced back from the disappointment of losing in the Europa League semi-final last week by thrashing relegated Norwich City 4-0 at Carrow Road on Sunday afternoon.

Coufal played the full 90 minutes – his 68th appearance in claret and blue since signing from Slavia Prague in October 2020 – and took to social media hours after the game to hail the win and admit his focus on the final two games of the season.

Alongside photos of him in action against the Canaries, Coufal posted: “Two games to go, fully focused to reach our goal.”

West Ham host Manchester City this weekend before traveling to Brighton on the final day of the season, knowing just one point should be enough to ensure they’ll be playing in Europe again next season.
