West Ham travel to West Brom today, hoping to mathematically secure Premier League football next season by avoiding defeat.

A period that hasn’t brought up too many injury problems means Sam Allardyce has been able to field a consistent starting XI over the last few months and he will be encouraged by the performances his players have put in away from home in recent weeks.

It’s unlikely he’ll make too many changes from the side that lost to Palace last weekend, with Guy Demel the only player expected to return the side, replacing George McCartney.
