Voting started for the annual Football Blogging Awards today and West Ham World are entering the Best Club Blog Category.

We initially launched in July 2012 and, despite numerous periods of inactivity due to reasons beyond our control, we are beginning to grow tremendously.

This has largely been down to rebranding during the summer, which saw a completely new and improved website and logo, as well as expanding our author base.

Now, over a year since first going live, we are able to provide you with all the latest news and views from ordinary Hammers fan from all over the world. We have a number of contributors from the United States and Canada, while we’ve even published the views from fans living in Ireland.

This has given us the chance to reach an unimaginable amount of countries across the world, with website views being registered from countries as far away as Mongolia, Ghana, Kuwait and Kazakhstan, to name but a few.

We have so many plans that are in the pipeline for West Ham World and, following last week’s news that we were accepted on to the NewsNow Publisher Network, the future of the site is certainly very exciting.

So, we ask you, our loyal readership, to vote for us as the Football Blogging Awards’ best club related blog on the interweb.

In return, we’ll continue giving the best possible West Ham news and views and an ever expanding West Ham community for you to enjoy being involved with.

Details of how you can vote for us are below. We thank you in advance! IRONS!
