After the season we’ve had it’ll be no surprise to see a number of players sold off once the summer transfer window opens.
The past few transfer windows have been disappointing for us and that has been reflective on the pitch, with a string of poor performances leading to us still looking over our shoulder and fearing a potential relegation battle.
There have been a number of players who have failed to justify their place in the side this season, most of which have been bought over the last two transfer windows.
Others may be looking to move on in search of game time, while there will be some who will need to use the final nine games of this season to convince the management that they’re good enough to remain at the club beyond the coming summer.
And then’s Slaven Bilic, whose job at London Stadium remains in the balance. Contract negotiations were supposed to begin in January but have been held off until the season ends, further fuelling rumours that the club’s owners may decide to give him the sack.
