It’s still early in the season, but it’s never too early to start predicting where we’ll finish in the Premier League come next May.
At the beginning of the campaign we all would’ve taken a a finish in the top 12, just as long as we didn’t flirt with the bottom three at any point during the campaign.
Obviously we’ve always been good enough to compete in the top ten, but with a change of manager and a bunch of new players coming in, there was that worry that we might – just might – struggle to find our feet as a new era begins.
However, Slaven Bilic has hit the ground running, the new signings have Been absolutely superb and we’re currently living the dream in sixth having already beaten Arsenal, Liverpool and Manchester City away from home.
But where can we finish in our final season at the Boleyn Ground?
Well, the clever people over at Stats.com have crunched some numbers and predicted the total points for each club this season.
And according to them, we’ll be sitting pretty in 10th come next May…
And what’s even nicer to see is that they’ve given us a 1% chance of being relegated. It’s been a lot higher than that over the years!
