The football West Ham fans were regularly forced to endure over this season has quite rightly got the fans calling for Allardyce to be sacked.
The money that loyal fans pay to watch the Hammers every week is astronomical, and they’ve deserved a lot more for their hard earned cash on so many occasions throughout the last nine months.
But how much value for money have West Ham been compared to the other 19 top-flight sides?
Well, as the graph below shows, the Hammers were the second least value for money side in the Premier League, with just Fulham below us in the standings. Even the two other relegated teams, Cardiff and Norwich, were better value for money than us.
With the club currently executing a huge advertising/PR drive for season ticket renewals, this will be the last thing they want the fans to see, but it just proves that fans have had every right to moan about the performances and style of football, particularly at Upton Park.
Take a look below and see just how much West Ham fans were conned for their cash this season…
Only watching Fulham was worse value for money than us last season. That’s not going to encourage ST renewals, is it? pic.twitter.com/orpUBVCjmj
