David Moyes and his West Ham squad have been receiving tons of praise after it was revealed that the Hammers have gone 15 away games unbeaten since May.

Sunday’s 1-0 triumph over Everton in the Premier league marked West Ham’s 15th successive away game where they have avoided defeat, with 11 of them victories.

This statistic dates back to the 3rd of May during last season’s campaign, and includes pre-season friendlies, and showcases our impressive form on the road this year.

This season alone we have won five games away from home and drawn one in all competitions, keeping four clean sheets in the process. This also gives the Hammers the best away record in the Premier League so far.

To add to that, West Ham’s 10 points out of a possible 12 away from home is the joint most from the club’s opening four away matches to a league campaign ever. The Hammers previously achieved this in 1956-57, 2011-12 and 2015-16.

David Moyes said in his post-match press conference that because they have the best away record in the league, he now wants the achievement of having the best home record at London Stadium as well.

West Ham’s incredible form has continued to remain consistent over the past couple of seasons, and this impressive statistic highlights how tough a competitor the club has become.

The Hammers now sit 7th in the league table after eight games, and remain only one point away from a top-four spot.

With the Europa League campaign ongoing as well, it is important that the team remain focused and continue this form on the road, especially as West Ham try to force their way into becoming a top-six side on a consistent basis.
