The 21 year old Welshman was impressive for Swansea last season, notching up 33 Premier League appearances and scoring 2 goals. Surprisingly, West Ham have not been heavily linked with the defender but it is understood that a number of Europe’s top clubs could make a move for the promising left back. However, if there is a slim chance of capturing the Welsh talent, West Ham should make a move.
