West Ham have turned their fortunes around in recent weeks but they face a stern test to continue their form against Everton this weekend.
The Toffees travel to the London Stadium on the back of a tremendous run of form, which has seen Ronald Koeman’s side battle for a position in the top-six.
However, Everton’s form away from home has been patchy- but former Liverpool and Manchester United striker Michael Owen expects them to secure all three points this weekend.
Writing his predictions for BetVictor, Owen said:
“Slaven Bilic’s side continue to leak goals.”
“With just 1 win from their last 17 PL games against the Blues, I think Everton will fancy their chances of leaving the capital with all three points at the weekend,”
“Romelu Lukaku continues to be linked with a move away from Goodison during the summer and, having scored in each of his last 9 games against the Hammers, looks a big price to make it a perfect ten on Saturday.”
Belgian ace Lukaku is currently the Premier League’s top-scorer this season and the Hammers’ defensive problems this weekend will hand the former Chelsea man confidence.
