Nicky Maynard has completed a permanent move to Cardiff City for an undisclosed fee.
Maynard, 25, only joined the Hammers from Bristol City in January this year but was limited to first team opportunities under Sam Allardyce.
He made a total of 17 appearances in all competitions in claret & blue, scoring 4 goals.
His last appearance saw him score against his former club Crewe in the second round of the Capital One Cup on Tuesday evening.
