Thursday marked the birthday of West Ham right-back Ryan Fredericks.
To wish him a good day, the Hammers’ official Twitter account posted a video of some of his best bits, on and off the pitch, since he joined the club in the summer of 2018:

Fredericks had a fairly slow start to life at West Ham, as he only started 12 Premier League games in his maiden season, coming off the bench in 3, while he did manage to score a goal in that time, as per WhoScored.
Having now managed to usurp Pablo Zabaleta, he has started every league game the club has played so far this campaign, assisting Sebastien Haller’s goal against Crystal Palace.
This improvement has seen him become a popular figure at West Ham, while his character has also helped to further endear him to the fans.
