West Ham United goalkeeper Lukasz Fabianski has been keeping busy training from home amid the COVID-19 pandemic…and his recent Instagram post has spread much-needed positivity.

The 34-year-old has released a video of himself training in his back garden, but with a twist.

Fabianski has faced some of Premier League’s greatest centre-forwards of the modern era, but this time he faced none other than his prolific son aged five.

Penalty shoot-outs and one-on-one drills were at the forefront of the post, with the Poland international keeping sharp with basic training activities.

Fabianski has made just 16 Premier League appearances throughout the 2019/20 campaign due to an ongoing hip problem which ruled him out of action for three months back in September.

David Moyes’ side currently occupy 16th place on 27 points with nine games remaining, only floating above the relegation zone on goal difference.

And the 34-year-old’s latest Instagram post has sparked plentiful positive reaction on social media…
