West Ham will have to brace for changes in their Premier League battles this summer, as the fights transfer off the field and into the transfer market.

The Hammers have been linked with an exciting move for Lazio winger Felipe Anderson but it’s now stated they will have to contend with fierce competition in the market.

The Leicester Mercury states that Leicester and Southampton are also eyeing a move for the Brazil ace, who has been capped just once by his South American nation.

Anderson has attracted plenty of performances with his fine displays for Lazio last term, scoring eight goals and providing 10 assists, but could seek an exit after the Italian side failed to qualify for the Champions League.

With a reported price-tag of £35m, the services of 25-year-old will not come cheap but the trio of Premier League clubs are desperate to improve their attacking ranks.

All three sides fell short of their expectations last season, particularly West Ham and Southampton, and will eye a major recruitment drive in the coming months.
