Is this West Ham’ starting XI to face Crystal Palace?

I can’t shake the feeling that Crystal Palace are going to give us our hardest away game of the season so far on Saturday.

The wins over Arsenal and Liverpool were straight forward, while the Man City victory was well deserved on the back of some world class defending for about 70 minutes. Sunderland gave us a 20 minute scare but allowed us back in to the game and were eventually lucky to get a point. But Palace pose a completely different threat.

Alan Pardew has got them playing some good football and although their home record is almost as bad as ours at the moment, it’s difficult to believe we can do to them what we’ve done to almost everyone away from the Boleyn Ground this season.

Their pace going forward means they’re a threat on the counter, but then so are we, and defensively they can be pretty sound. But then so are we…

Winston Reid and Aaron Cresswell are ‘doubtful’ according to Big Slav, while Angelo Ogbonna may return to the side after recovering from injury. Andy Carroll should also return to the matchday squad after sitting out the trip to Sunderland.

So here’s how I think we’ll line up against Pardew’s Palace today…
