When will the injuries stop?

We’ve now got six key players out injured and we’re in serious danger of undoing our superb start to the season.

With a fully fit squad a home game against Stoke City ‘should’ have been a fairly straight forward affair for us, but now it’s not looking too easy.

Stoke have been in great form of late, and they comfortably beat Man City 2-0 last weekend. That means they’ll be arriving at the Boleyn Ground full of confidence, while we’ll still be hurting from losing three key players in one week!

That said, our goalless draw at Old Trafford last week was a superb result and we can take a lot of confidence from that.

It will be interesting to see how Slaven Bilic gets the players up for this one and how he’ll decide to line his side up with so many players sidelined.
