At last we’re able to boast a fully fit squad after a month of injuries to most of our best players.
But despite such problems, we’ve still been impressive and have ground out important wins that we would’ve lost last season.
Today we could see the return of Alex Song and Diafra Sakho to the starting line-up, although it’s more likely that Andy Carroll will start ahead of Sakho because of match fitness.
Kevin Nolan put in an impressive shift against West Brom on Tuesday but, if Mark Noble is fit and Song is able to start, then he might find himself warming the bench again.
If we can field a full-strength side this afternoon then we’ll be best placed to see off an impressive Swansea side, while recent performances suggest even with a couple of stars still sidelined we’ll still have enough to secure all three points.
