Many will insist changing a winning side today would be a mistake.

We’ve been superb recently, especially over the last two games where we’ve easily brushed aside QPR and Burnley. Confidence is high and there’s no reason why that should be disrupted. But City pose a completely different threat today.

Their midfield is as dangerous as they come and we’re going to need as much power on our side to nullify its threat as much as possible. So that’s why Cheikhou Kouyate’s return from injury couldn’t have had better timing. If he slots in nicely alongside Alex Song and Mark Noble, we could have enough to keep the likes of Yaya Toure and Fernando quiet.

So here’s how we could line upĀ against City today.
