West Ham United have endured a turbulent start to the 2025/26 campaign.
Under Graham Potter, results were poor to say the least, leaving the Hammers deep in the relegation zone.
Nuno Espirito Santo’s arrival has brought some immediate hope — his debut in charge resulted in a solid 1-1 draw against Everton. The Portuguese manager has already started reshaping the squad, dropping James Ward-Prowse and reportedly eyeing targets such as Christian Pulisic to strengthen the side.
But with West Ham currently sitting 18th in the table, fans are asking: where will this team finish once Nuno gets his full influence on the squad?
Now, former Hammers manager Harry Redknapp has weighed in.
Redknapp Predicts Where West Ham Will Finish

Speaking to GiveMeSport, Redknapp suggested that West Ham will avoid relegation but may still face a tricky campaign.
“West Ham won’t get relegated, but it’s going to be a tough season for them,” Redknapp said. “Even this early on, I predict it will be bottom six or seven this season. They’ll be OK this season. I don’t see them going down.”
The 77-year-old added that instability has long been a recurring issue at Upton Park, something Nuno will need to tackle.
“They always seem to be in ‘crisis’ at the moment,” Redknapp explained. “They had five managers in the first 90 or so years of their existence, and now they are getting through them so quickly. They’re not alone, of course, in this day and age. But West Ham used to have an air of stability about the place.”
Redknapp hopes that Nuno can bring the steadiness the club has lacked for so long, guiding the Hammers back to mid-table safety and providing the foundation for a more consistent future.
