It’s been a couple of days since we completed a famous double over Liverpool.

Our performance on Saturday was absolutely superb. Michail Antonio and Andy Carroll were both on the scoresheet again as we recorded back-to-back wins after five consecutive draws to make it seven matches unbeaten.

It was a performance that had so many positives. Michail Antonio run his socks off all game and was rewarded with a goal in just the tenth minute, Mark Noble arguably had his best game this season, Cheikhou Kouyate was a monster in midfield, Dimitri Payet returned and to top it off, Andy Carroll nodded in against his former club.

And they are all the highlights the lads on Hammers Chat were discussing in their post-match review.

But the two big talking points they touched on most were our new found long throw tactic and Andy Carroll’s performance.

Firstly, it turns out we’re beginning to favour the long-throw in to the box tactic. Stoke City and Rory Delap were heavily criticised for using it a few years ago, but there’s no denying it’s an effective set piece to use. Hammers Chat discuss whether we should continue doing it or avoid it. What do you think?

And then they also discuss Andy Carroll and whether he’s now showing how good he can be for the club. Does he have a promising future at West Ham now. Can he stay fit for the rest of the season? Where exactly does he stand under Slaven Bilic?
