Former West Ham target Andre Ayew could leave Swansea this summer and would be available for £15m, according to Sky Sports News HQ.
The Ghana international was believed to be close to agreeing a free transfer to the club last summer but infamously opted to sign for Swansea instead.
Although his choice of club perhaps proved to be the wrong one where final league position is concerned, the 26-year-old impressed for the Swans throughout the campaign – netting 12 goals in 34 Premier League appearances.
Sky Sports News HQ are reporting that West Ham’s interest in signing a striker this summer could lead to them trying to bring him to the club again, while Sunderland may also return for him after being heavily linked with a move in January.
Ayew admitted last week that he is unsure of where his future lies, but did hint that he would be happy to stay at the Liberty Stadium if summer talks with chairman Huw Jenkins were successful.
He said: “I’m happy here. If I have to stay, fine. If I have to leave, I have to leave.
“What is important for me is that I keep doing my work, and in football the truth of today is not the truth of tomorrow.
“We’ll see what’s going to happen, we’ll have a discussion and see the way forward.”
Ayew has three years remaining on his Swansea City contract and Sky Sports News HQ claim the Swans would listen to offers of £15m this summer.
