It’s that time of the year, where loads of fans spend more time than they probably should sorting out their fantasy league teams for the new season.

It’s always nice to have some players from the team you support in your team. So with West Ham having some exciting prospects for the season, Hammers fans will be looking to fit some of them into their FPL side.

Here are a few recommendations of who to consider:

Felipe Anderson (£7.0m)

Felipe Anderson got an impressive nine goals and four assists in his debut season with West Ham.

So, with a Premier League campaign under his belt, as well as more attacking players to link up with – such as Pablo Fornals – he could be set to have an even better record, meaning more FPL points.

Łukasz Fabiański (£5.0m)

Łukasz Fabiański made the most saves in the Premier League last season, which equated to a lot of bonus points in FPL.

If he can improve on the seven clean sheets he made last year, the Polish stopper could be very good value at £5.0m.

Marko Arnautovic (£7.0m)

Marko Arnautovic

Marko Arnautovic was West Ham’s top scorer in the league last season, getting 10 goals, while also providing four assists.

This comes despite a large blank period after January, so if he can stay focused for the entire season he could be worth his £7.0m price tag – though it is worth keeping an eye on West Ham’s striker situation before committing.

Ryan Fredericks (£4.5m)

Ryan Fredericks only made 15 appearances last season, but having finished the campaign strongly, he could push on to become a regular.

At £4.5m he is relatively cheap and showed a glimpse of his attacking promise by scoring against Southampton, so if he does get regular game time he could become a good FPL option.

Pablo Fornals (£6.5m)

It can be a bit risky to put a newly signed player straight into your FPL team, especially as Pablo Fornals has been at the Under 21 Euros.

Though if given a settling in period he could be a great asset for £6.5m – having shown his potential with two goals in one start and two substitute appearances for Spain U21s this summer.
